 Anderson Sorenson Homes Inc. was incorporated in 1985. Our primary objective was to build fine custom homes that were creatively designed using cutting edge building science and uncompromising materials and construction methods. Phil Anderson and David Sorenson are the owners. Phil's construction experience began as a young teen working summers between high school and college in various trades. After learning the carpentry trade while working for his father's homebuilding business he started on his own in 1974. David's sales and marketing experience began while working for his uncle's Real Estate Development Company. Our paths crossed while working on the same project in 1983. After becoming acquainted we recognized a mutual passion for creating original well-crafted work and Anderson Sorenson Homes was born.
 We are a small volume builder completing six to ten projects each year. While never duplicating a design we guarantee and understand the originality of every home we build. Each client is given our undivided attention to ensure that all the details are executed to their complete satisfaction. To satisfy this uncompromising level of performance we have assembled the finest family of material suppliers and trades people in the Midwest. They understand our mission and share our commitment to excellence. We understand that we cannot buy a better 2x4 or concrete block than our competitors. We can however, care more, we can assemble the finest materials with more discipline and expertise, we can provide more creative and original design and we can support all these efforts with a genuine sincerity to make you delighted you chose to build an Anderson Sorenson Homes home.We challenge you to find a builder with more integrity.
